Cortland, Illinois

Real food for people who care about what they eat

We stock only what we'd serve our own families — whole ingredients, minimal processing, and breads baked from scratch every morning.

Our Story

A neighborhood market built on a simple principle: food should be honest.

Cortland Nutrition started as a conversation between neighbors who wanted better options on their pantry shelves — real flour, real butter, real ingredients with no hidden shortcuts. What began as a small corner shelf grew into the market you see today.

We source from regional farms and small-batch producers whenever possible, and we taste everything before it ever touches our shelves. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make it in.

Our Philosophy

Nutrition isn't a trend. It's a responsibility.

We believe the food system should work for people, not against them. Every product on our shelves has been vetted for ingredient integrity, nutritional value, and ethical sourcing. We'd rather carry fewer things done right than hundreds of things done poorly.

This isn't about marketing language or certification labels. It's about knowing where your food comes from and having the confidence to put it on your table.
